The first week of the course, contained in this module, is a gentle introduction given in seven short daily videos. These videos prepare members mentally for active healing and give some hints about how to best utilize the course format.

Often, knowing and acting on this information can turn a bad prognosis into a good one.
Once you address your risk factors, the next step is to address the actual causes of the disease.
