Barbara was invited to give a talk to the Fountain Hills, Arizona Celiac Support Group.  Barbara's lecture focused on food and chemical sensitivities and how avoiding your problem foods can help heal inflammatory diseases, like arthritis, and help control other food-related illnesses, in particular Celiac. She discussed surprising sources of hidden allergens, especially gluten. Avoiding hidden sources of gluten is critically important for everyone with Celiac and for some people with arthritis.
